Another of Melissa's favorite places in LA! Greek and Roman antiquities housed in a re-created Roman country home overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Admission is free with a timed-entry reservation booked on the website. Volunteer docent-guided tours of the villa and gardens are delightful!

Rancho Park Golf Course & Driving Range

Situated between Santa Monica and Beverly Hills, Rancho Park hosted the Los Angeles Open in the late 1950s and 1960s with Arnold Palmer, Charlie Sifford and Billy Casper all winning here. This Los Angeles municipal course also hosted the 1949 U.S. Amateur Public Links. Play this historic course and get some sun!
